The cottage is all purpose, offering quality self contained accommodation.
Surrounded by the breathtaking Waioeka Scenic Reserve with the river view to
just relax & take in the sounds of the Native Tuis, Morkporks and Cock
Pheasants to name just a few.
The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed. The second bedroom has
two king size single beds. All beds contain high quality linens to ensure a relaxing nights sleep.
Bathroom facilities are of high standard & include laundry facilities & hairdryer.

The lounge, kitchen and dining areas are a spacious open design with high timber
lined cathedral ceilings. The lounge is furnished with comfortable lounge suites
along with quality hand-crafted furniture made from a variety of local NZ
timbers.
Apart from the experience of a lifetime your stay includes the
use of all free activities & facilities at NZ’s Best
Spot. There is lots to do for couples and as a family, or just relax.

Prices:
One night $140.00 (double) gst included
Two or more nights $110.00 per night. gst included
One week $700.00. gst included.
Additional people $25.00 per night gst included.
Smoking is permitted outside on the verandah.
Check in is after 2pm. Check out is 11am. The cottage is very popular &
in huge demand. A 50% deposit is required to book the cottage.
