To avoid disappointment please book with us well in advance if possible.

A minimum of 50% deposit is required for the Riverview Cottage not Natures Edge Campground. Contact us for our bank account number for internet banking. The balance is payable upon arrival by cash. We do not take plastic or cheques. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE.

No Firearms are permitted on this property at any time. Smoking is permitted but only outside the cottage & away from non smokers.

If you book five nights then arrive & say you only want to stay three nights you will be charged for five nights. As a common courtesy you wouldn't appreciate missing out on coming to NZ's Best Spot if someone else had done this on the dates you required.
We are not a large hotel chain, we rely on these bookings & income in order to keep our cottage open. Please pay for what you booked, as others may have missed out on coming the dates we reserved for you. We trust you understand & look forward to accommodating you.
